Transparent pricing
We apply an hourly rate of CHF 400.- (plus 8.1% VAT) for our legal services. We inform you transparently about the foreseeable costs of your case and the chances of success of your case, so that you can make informed decisions.
Discovery consultation
We offer our new clients a unique consultation lasting 45 minutes without opening a file for a preferential rate of CHF 200.- including tax (to be paid directly on site, in cash or by card). This is the ideal opportunity to discover our firm and meet your lawyer.
Financial assistance
If you are in financial difficulty, we can help you obtain legal assistance from the state. If you have legal expenses insurance, we can also help you get your legal costs covered by your insurer.
Legal and procedural costs
In a lawsuit, costs are not limited to attorney fees, but also court costs. We inform you transparently about the costs if your case wins or loses. If the costs of litigation seem high to you, we can help you obtain litigation financing.
